<Handling precautions>
●This product is not water-repellent.
●Friction and moisture may cause discoloration or color transfer. Also, please note that leaving the product wet for a long period of time may cause discoloration.
When washing, we recommend placing the item in a laundry net and washing it alone.
●Do not use bleach.
●If using a dryer, use a low temperature.
●There is a possibility of slight shrinkage when washed.
●Use the iron at medium temperature.
●Since each item is handmade, there may be slight differences from the displayed size.

As this is an imported product, please check the product size guide .

※About size notation
Even for the same product, there may be individual differences of ±1 to 2 cm during the production process. Please refer to the size chart as a guide only.

＜Delivery time＞
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area, but in principle we will deliver within 7 days after confirming payment. During special events, etc., we may run out of stock due to inventory sharing. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 4 days and discuss the delivery date.

*Please note that it may take some time depending on traffic conditions, weather, and your region.

Shipping methods vary depending on the product size.

＜Returns and Exchange＞
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Size exchange for the same product (if exchanging)
- If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
- If there is any damage or defect that interferes with use
*Depending on stock availability, we may not be able to arrange a replacement product.

*Slight pattern misalignment, color variations, and color bleeding that occur due to the nature of handmade products do not constitute a defective product.
