〇 Cases where exchange is possible
Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases.
- Size exchange for the same product
- If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
- If there is damage or a defect that interferes with use.
*Depending on stock availability, we may not be able to arrange a replacement product.
*Slight pattern misalignment, color variations, and color bleeding that occur due to the nature of handmade products do not constitute a defective product.
〇 When exchange is not possible
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases.
- If more than one week has passed since the product arrived - If the product or accessories are lost, damaged or soiled due to reasons of the customer.
- Products that were not refundable or exchangeable at the time of purchase
- If the product tag or accessories are removed or damaged or soiled - Products that have been used at least once
- Products that have been altered (hemmed, etc.) or washed - Pre-order items and items marked as 〈Not eligible for order cancellation or return〉
