FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area, but in principle we will deliver within 7 days after confirming payment. During special events, etc., we may run out of stock due to inventory sharing. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 4 days and discuss the delivery date.
*Please note that it may take some time depending on traffic conditions, weather, and your region.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping methods vary depending on size. Please check the shipping page for basic shipping fees.

Is there a flat shipping rate for all categories?

Some items, such as floor cushions, rugs and ceramic products, are exempt from flat-rate shipping.

Can I return an item I ordered?

〇 Cases where returns are possible
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered - If there is any damage or defect that makes it difficult to use.
* Slight deviations in pattern, differences in color tone, or color bleeding that occur due to the nature of handmade products do not constitute a defective product.

〇 In case of no return
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- If more than one week has passed since the product arrived
- If the product or accessories are lost, damaged or soiled due to reasons of the customer.
- Products that were not refundable or exchangeable at the time of purchase
- If the product tag or accessories are removed or damaged or soiled - Products that have been used at least once - Products that have been altered (hemmed, etc.) or washed - Pre-order items and items marked as 〈Not eligible for order cancellation or return〉
- If you have used an international forwarding service or have taken your item overseas after receiving it in Japan Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more details.

Can I exchange a product?

〇 Cases where exchange is possible
Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases.
- Size exchange for the same product
- If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
- If there is damage or a defect that interferes with use.
*Depending on stock availability, we may not be able to arrange a replacement product.
*Slight pattern misalignment, color variations, and color bleeding that occur due to the nature of handmade products do not constitute a defective product.

〇 When exchange is not possible
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases.

The color of the image and the actual product are different?

Our products are finished by hand one by one, and we value the warmth and individuality that can only be achieved through handwork. Therefore, there may be slight differences in color and design, but we hope you will understand that these are characteristics unique to handmade products. Also, depending on the screen environment you are viewing the product on, the color of the actual product may differ from the image. We appreciate your understanding in advance. Although we inspect all products with the utmost care, in the unlikely event that you find a product damaged or have a problem that interferes with use, please check the details of 〈Can I exchange the product?〉 and contact us.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For more information, please see the Payment Methods page .

I'd like to confirm the size.

Even if the product size is similar (e.g. S/M size, etc.), there may be individual differences of ±1-2cm depending on the individual product during the production process. Please refer to the size notation as a guide only. The actual size of each size is listed on each product description page, so please be sure to check before purchasing. Please check the size guide to confirm the size.

I'd like to check the status of my order.

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will be notified of the status of your order via email.

About packaging method

From the standpoint of sustainability, the shop reuses the transparent bags used when products are delivered from the country of origin instead of disposable packaging. We are mindful of the environment and try to use simple packaging, but we also carefully wrap the products we deliver, so we hope you will understand.
