We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB and AMEX cards.
Only one lump sum payment is available. Installment payments and bonus payments are not available. Please check with your card company to see if you can change to installment payments after purchase. After your order is complete, a provisional charge for the order amount will be made. The credit limit for the payment will be reserved on your card, but the actual charge will not be made to your card until the product is shipped.

〇Regarding receipts
This site does not issue receipts. If you pay by credit card, you can use the 〈credit card statement〉 issued by your credit card company as a receipt.

〇Regarding changing payment methods
We regret that we cannot change the payment method once an order has been placed.

If your card has been charged multiple times, please contact us by email at (info@theshopjapan.com). We will refund your money after confirming the details.
