All products are one-of-a-kind, carefully handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans.Due to the nature of hand-dyed products, there may be slight pattern misalignment, shading, or color bleeding, but we hope you will enjoy these as the unique charm of handmade products. There may also be slight differences in color between the image on your screen and the actual product.We carefully check that all products are perfect before shipping, but if there is any damage or problem that interferes with use, please contact us by email (info@theshopjapan.com) within 7 days of delivery.

RETURNS

〇 When returns are possible We accept returns only in the following cases: - If the product you receive is different from what you ordered - If the product is damaged or defective in a way that interferes with use *Slight pattern deviations, color variations, and color bleeding that occur due to the nature of handmade products do not constitute defective products. 〇 When returns are not possible Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the following cases: - If more than one week has passed since the product arrived - If the product or accessories have been lost, damaged, or soiled due to customer negligence - Products that were notified at the time of sale that they cannot be exchanged or returned - If the product tag or accessories have been removed, damaged, or soiled - Products that have been used even once - Products that have been altered (hemming, etc.) or washed - Products that are reserved or marked as not eligible for order cancellation or return - Products that have been used by an international forwarding service or products that have been taken overseas after being received in Japan 〇 Notes - When trying on products, be careful not to get perfume, cosmetics, cigarette odors, etc. on the product. - If the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product if it is in stock, or refund if it is not in stock. - The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee unless the delivered product is defective or delivered incorrectly. ○ About defective returns Please check the product immediately after receiving it for any damage. If the product you received is of poor quality or delivered incorrectly, we will exchange it as soon as possible. After we check, if the purchased item meets the above return criteria, we will refund the payment amount by bank transfer. To process the return, please make sure that the tag is attached and that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. In the case of a return for the customer's convenience, the shipping cost is basically borne by the customer. In the case of a return due to our defect, we will cover the shipping fee. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping fee if the item is returned prepaid. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience.
