<Handling Precautions>
● Friction or moisture may cause discoloration or color transfer. Please note that leaving the item wet for a long period of time may also cause discoloration.
● When washing, we recommend putting the item in a laundry net and washing it alone.
● Do not use bleach.
● If using a dryer, use low temperature.
● There is a possibility of slight shrinkage during washing.
● Iron at medium temperature.
● As each item is handmade, there may be slight differences in size from the listed size.

Since this is an imported product, please check the Product Size Guide.

*About size notation
Even with the same product, there may be individual differences of ±1 to 2 cm during the production process. Please refer to the size notation as a guide only.

<Delivery Time>
The delivery time varies depending on the shipping area, but in principle, we will deliver within 7 days after payment confirmation. During busy seasons or events, items may be out of stock due to shared inventory. In case of an unexpected stockout, we will notify you within 4 days and discuss the delivery schedule with you.

<Shipping Fees>
The shipping method varies depending on the product size.

<Returns & Exchanges>
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Size exchange for the same product (for exchanges)
- If you receive an item different from your order
- If the item has damage or defects that affect its usability
* Exchanges may not be possible depending on stock availability.
* Minor pattern misalignment, slight color variations, or color spots due to the nature of handmade products are not considered defects.
