HOW MUCH WILL MY SHIPPING CHARGES BE?
For orders with delivery in India, there is a flat Rs 99 shipping rate for orders below Rs 2000 and free shipping on orders above Rs 2000 (some products are excluded from this promotion). For international orders, please enter your shipping address and you will get the shipping charges to your location.
GOODS NOT COVERED UNDER FLAT RATE CHARGES
The Flat rate shipping charges and free shipping will not apply to some categories of products like Quilts, Floor cushions, Wooden and Ceramic items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?
We usually ship orders 2-3 working days after receipt. Domestic orders in Metros are usually delivered in 3-4 business days and outside metro areas in about 6-8 days after they have shipped. For international orders, delivery times vary between 7-12 days after they have shipped. At checkout, all details will be sent in your Order Confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
AND ONCE IT SHIPS?
Our courier partners deliver domestic orders Monday to Saturday. International order delivery is typically Monday to Friday. Though in gulf countries, there will be no delivery on Fridays. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, local restrictions and strikes. We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.

The courier company will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?
Address changes will be free of charge if the order has not been shipped. Address changes once your order has shipped may incur additional charges.
COLLECT FROM OUR STORE? FREE!
Available at the store location you choose in 3-5 business days. The person who picks up the order will need to show their identification card, whether it is the actual buyer or if someone comes in their place.
Pick-up at store will be held for 3 calendar days after you receive the “Ready for pickup” notification, post which it will be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DUTIES
- Any part cancellation of the order may attract additional shipping charges on the balance order.
- Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, the Shop will not entertain a request for refund.
