Exchange and Return
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your order. However, before you consider returning a The Shop product, please keep in mind that most of our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour and design are indicative of the handmade and unique nature of our products and should not be considered defects. Please note that there will be some colour variations between the images on your screens and the actual products received.
RETURNS
We offer Returns only in case a product is wrongfully delivered (product delivered is different from the product in the order confirmation mail).
EXCHANGES
You can exchange your product for size or in the case of a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. In the case of defects, please photograph the issue as soon as you receive the product.
To process returns and exchanges, please ensure that merchandise is in our packaging and has all our tags and is in the same condition as when it was received.
If you need to send goods back to us, it is advisable to send your parcel with proof of postage, as we are not liable for parcels lost in the post on their way back to us. Once we receive and confirm everything is in order, you will get a credit note within two weeks.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
